LMCS Corporate Office

The building is wrapped with perforated white coloured fins that form the external skin around the glazed envelope. These metal fins function as a shading device and regulate the solar exposure. The fins are strategically placed and concentrated over the southern facade to control the heat gain. The building structure incorporates a glazed facade with larger openings on the eastern and northern elevations for more daylight and as per the interior functions, while the western facade has smaller openings and the pattern is designed in a rhythmic way. The building is primarily constructed in an RCC framed structure. The glazed shell of the structure and the vertical fins form the main elements of its external facade.
